Regular Domestic Cleaning
£25 per hour · Minimum 2 hours (£50) · Weekly or fortnightly
Regular visits help keep everyday dust, dirt and bathroom build-up under control. We agree the rooms, tasks and time needed before your first clean, so each visit focuses on what matters most to you.
What your regular clean covers
- Kitchen: wipe worktops and accessible surfaces; clean the hob, splashback and sink; wipe cupboard fronts as needed; clean inside the microwave and wipe the toaster exterior and crumb tray.
- Bathrooms: clean the bath, shower, basin and toilet; tackle everyday limescale where the surface allows; clean mirrors and taps.
- Bedrooms and living areas: dust accessible surfaces, clean mirrors, vacuum carpets and mop suitable hard floors.
- Finishing details: wipe accessible light switches, door handles and spots on doors or skirting boards as agreed.
The checklist is tailored to your home and the booked time. If your priorities change, let me know before the visit so we can adjust the plan.
Deep Cleaning
£30 per hour · Minimum 4 hours (£120)
Includes the tasks in your regular clean, with more time for built-up kitchen grease, bathroom limescale and soap residue, and the details that need a more thorough clean. We agree the areas to focus on before booking.
- Thorough cleaning of kitchen surfaces, hob, splashback, cupboard fronts and appliance exteriors, with extra attention to accumulated grease.
- Extra attention to showers, baths, taps and suitable tiled surfaces, including limescale and soap residue.
- Detailed cleaning of accessible skirting boards, door frames, doors, light switches and radiators.
- Thorough dusting of accessible shelves and surfaces, followed by vacuuming and mopping suitable floors. Emptied cupboard interiors can be included where agreed.
Four hours is the minimum booking. The time needed depends on the size and condition of your home and the tasks agreed. I confirm the estimated time and cost before booking; larger or more demanding jobs may need longer.
End of Tenancy Cleaning

A thorough clean of an empty property when moving in or out. I agree a checklist with you beforehand, taking account of the property’s size, condition and any particular requirements.
- Kitchen worktops, hob, splashback, sink, cupboard fronts and accessible appliance exteriors.
- Bathroom fixtures, taps and suitable tiles, with attention to limescale and soap residue.
- Accessible doors, door frames, skirting boards, radiators, shelves and other surfaces.
- Vacuuming carpets and mopping suitable hard floors; emptied cupboard interiors and appliance interiors where agreed in the quote.
The final price and included tasks are confirmed before booking. Carpet extraction cleaning and any specialist work are quoted separately.
Carpet and Rug Cleaning

Dedicated carpet and rug cleaning using carefully selected, fragrance-free products suited to the material, with attention to removing dirt and achieving a thorough finish. Tell me the number and approximate size of the rooms or rugs, and about any marks or stains, so I can confirm a quote.
The cleaning method depends on the material and its care requirements. Stain treatment is discussed before cleaning; results depend on the stain and condition of the carpet.
